Collaboration

Collaborating through partnerships, new ideas, and resources will lead us to

Support

Community and public support is vital to any project we embark upon. We want to work with communities in need and have places for us to begin our work.

Projects

Places that have been neglected, such as vacant properties, underutilized infrastructure, and other resources that could benefit from private investment and have secondary resources for forming a district, are the starting point for the projects we work on. These are the types of projects where collaboration can result in new ideas.

Partnerships

Our current focus is on identifying and structuring projects. We want to invest with groups already in a community and those with new ideas. Local businesses, community groups, contractors, small businesses, operators, existing owners, and those with great ideas are all welcome. Still, to be successful in the long term, we must remain focused on projects and funding.

Sustainable Programs

Sustainable programs are intended to have economic models that become self-sufficient and generate tax revenue for the public. The goal is to find new ways to create efficiencies through collaboration and partnering that become revenue generators to reinvest back in communities.

Funding

Private and public investments are needed for our district projects to be successful. We aim to identify locations where private investment will result in new tax revenues, job creation, and other economic development benefits. This is where we work with federal, state, and local funding resources coupled with private investments to fund new programs for a community.

Future

As projects and funding opportunities are identified, and up^placed grows, we will expand to new programs.
